PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of hunting to a train speed.SOLUTION: A train controller according to an embodiment comprises: detection means for detecting a current position and a speed of a train; timing means for measuring time; travel plan creation means for creating a travel plan indicating traveling time and a train speed at every position among stations; and control means for controlling the train to travel to correspond to an advance or a delay of the train with respect to the travel plan on the basis of the traveling time based on the measured time, the detected current position and the detected speed, the position indicated in the travel plan, and a deviation degree of the traveling time and the train speed. |
