A complex-amplitude-information measurement device (10) according to the present invention is provided with: a group of pixels configured such that the optical distances of object light from a measurement object (100) thereto are mutually different; a camera (15) provided with an imaging element which acquires intensity information related to the measurement object by imaging, on one occasion, object light that has passed through or been reflected by the group of pixels; and a computer (16) which obtains, from the intensity information, phase information related to the measurement object (100). |
