The present invention provides a hydraulic turbine including a chamber module and a runner module. The chamber module has a housing having a channel of a closed-loop, an inlet pipe connected to the housing to supply cooling water to the channel, and an outlet pipe connected to the housing to discharge the cooling water. The runner module has an upper plate housed in the housing and connected to a drive shaft of a cooling fan, a lower plate having a center hole communicating with the outlet pipe, and blades interposed between the upper plate and the lower plate and bent in a spiral direction around the drive shaft in a flat shape. The blades are disposed opposite to the channel so that an edge region is pressed by hydraulic pressure of the cooling water fed in the channel, and thus the blades are rotated round the drive shaft. The housing has a closed region formed on the inner circumferential surface of the channel, and extending from a point in which the inlet pipe is connected to the channel, to one point of the channel in a running direction of the cooling water, and an opened region formed on the inner circumferential surface of the channel in the running direction from the one point, and opened toward the blades. |
