<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus capable of photographing underwater while approaching a hazardous area which a manned boat cannot approach. <P>SOLUTION: An underwater camera mounting frame 20 is descended from a remote controlled boat 1 by means of a winch 2 and a wire 9, and the direction of an underwater camera 28 mounted on the underwater camera mounting frame 20 is adjusted in such a manner that it faces the water flow while performing underwater photography. Video signal photographed by the underwater camera 28 is transmitted to a monitor and a recording apparatus on the ground from a cable 14 and via a video signal transmission means 6 and an antenna 6a on the remote controlled boat 1, thereby allowing monitoring of underwater on the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
