PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hybrid sugar chain which is carried out under a planned design, and which comprises a composition sugar of two or more kinds of sugar chains chosen from hyaluronic acid, chondroitin or a chondroitin sulfate.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a hybrid sugar chain comprises as follows. Pyridyl amination oligosaccharide which has carried out pyridyl amination of a reducing end of oligosaccharide of six-sugar comprising a composition sugar of one of sugar chains of hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, and a chondroitin sulfate is dissolved in a solvent with other sugar chains of these sugar chains, and is passed through a hyaluronidase immobilizing column; and the composition sugar of another sugar chain is transferred to a non-reducing end of the pyridyl amination oligosaccharide by a two-sugar unit by a sugar rearrangement reaction of one sugar chain by an action of hyaluronidase within the column. |
