<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve characteristics of a chalcopyrite thin-film polycrystalline solar cell and a dye-sensitized solar cell by inventing a glass substrate for a solar cell high in heat resistance and excelling in productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The glass substrate for a solar cell contains, as a glass composition, 50-70 mass% of SiO<SB>2</SB>, 0-10 mass% of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 10-30 mass% of RO(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO), 5-20 mass% of R'<SB>2</SB>O(Na<SB>2</SB>O+K<SB>2</SB>O) and 0-10 mass% of ZrO<SB>2</SB>, wherein a distortion point is≥560°C and temperature at high-temperature viscosity of 10<SP>4.0</SP>dPa s is≤1,200°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
