<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence on efficiency in power transmission and at the same time, to detect the phase of supplied power in the wireless power supply of a field resonance mode. <P>SOLUTION: Power is transmitted from a power-supply coil L<SB>2</SB>to a power-receiving coil L<SB>2</SB>by field resonance. A power-supply circuit 200 supplies an AC power to an excite circuit 110, by alternately turning switching transistors Q<SB>1</SB>, Q<SB>2</SB>on and off to supply the AC power from an excite coil L<SB>1</SB>to the power-supply coil L<SB>2</SB>. A phase-detecting circuit 150 detects the phase difference in the current phase and voltage phase, in source-drain current I<SB>DS2</SB>and source-drain voltage V<SB>DS2</SB>with the switching transistor Q<SB>2</SB>of the power-supply circuit 200 as object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
