<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program update system for in-vehicle control device, that can suppress program update failure. <P>SOLUTION: ECU (third ECU 12c) includes a storage section 12c2 in which the program is stored and a processing section 12c1 which acquires a sensor signal output from a lock switch 15 or the like and carries out predetermined processing based on the acquired sensor signal and the program stored in the storage section 12c2. Since the processing section 12c1 updates the program by receiving the updated data from a server 50 and rewrites the program stored in the storage section 12c2 based on the updated data, update processing based on the sensor signal is not carried out while the program is updated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
