<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much more increase the concern of a user with a service, and to keep the concern of the user as long as possible by increasing the user's chance to meet his or her desired partner. <P>SOLUTION: A database group 61 stores each user's attributes and conditions showing attributes requested to his or her partner. A condition generation part 60 relaxes the conditions showing the attributes requested by one user to his or her partner within a prescribed range. An extraction part 55 extracts a user whose attributes are matched with the relaxed conditions of one user. A Web server function 51 notifies the extraction user of one user. A conversation request collation acceptance part 57 accepts an application for contact with one user from the extraction user. When the application for contact with one user is made from the extraction user, the Web server function 51 notifies one user of the application for contact from the extraction user.
