The present invention relates to a ripening room utilized in a steamed bread manufacturing system, which can adjust an exact temperature and humidity to ripen steamed bread dough in the manufacturing system capable of manufacturing a large amount of steamed bread and, more specifically, to a ripening room utilized in a steamed bread manufacturing system, which can ripen a large amount of dough at the same time by including a separate built-in steam generator capable of constantly supplying steam to the inside of the ripening room while increasing an internal temperature of the ripening room by a heater, in order to meet conditions that it is difficult to control removing moisture discharged to the outside from steamed bread dough while increasing the temperature that is an essential prerequisite for ripening existing steamed bread dough. |
