PURPOSE: A method for controlling an air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to increase the movement speed of a temp door in a section where the amount of change is small. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an air conditioner of a vehicle is realized by a temp door and a controller. The temp door controls the mixed amount of the air passing through a heater core and the air passing through an evaporator by being installed in the air conditioner. The controller calculates the opening degree of the temp door based on the real discharge temperature discharged in the air conditioner and a target discharge temperature, and calculates the opening degree of the temp door by using a proportion-integration control formula. The proportional constant(Gp) and proportion-integration(PI) of the proportion-integration control formula are differently set according to the amount of change of the real discharge temperature. In the section having the small amount of change, the movement speed of the temp door is relatively driven at high speed. |
