1. A circuit comprising:
a power amplifier to receive a radio frequency (RF) input signal and to transmit an RF output signal; a matching network coupled with the power amplifier; and a modulation controller coupled with the matching network and configured to modulate an impedance provided by the matching network to the power amplifier by dynamically modulating reactance values of elements of the matching network with a modulation bandwidth of approximately 5 megahertz or greater, wherein the matching network includes a plurality of variable capacitors coupled with one another in series and the modulation controller is configured to modulate the impedance by dynamically modulating individual capacitive values of the plurality of variable capacitors, and the circuit further comprises: a feed network including a plurality of resistive elements coupled in parallel with the plurality of variable capacitors and configured to provide frequency-dependent impedances.
