The present invention relates to a confined concrete structure (20) used for a bridge construction method including a composite girder forming step of forming a confined concrete structure (20) in the upper part of a steel girder (10), generating compressive stress in the lower part of the steel girder (10), and generating tensile stress in the upper part of the steel girder (10) by applying prestressed power to the steel girder (10); and a slab concrete placing step of installing a mold (1) in the upper part of the confined concrete structure (20) and placing slab concrete (30). The present invention prevents initial cracks of the slab concrete and prevents harmful deformation from being generated around the center of the upper part of the steel girder.
