A mortise lock with convertible automatic/manual locking state comprises an upper cover (1), a lock housing (2), a panel support seat (3) and a panel (4). The panel (4) is fixedly connected with the lock shell (2) via the panel support seat (3) to form an enclosed shell. An inner door knob component, a handle driving component, an inclined bolt component and a driving structure thereof, a security bolt component and a driving structure thereof, a dead bolt component and a driving structure thereof are provided in the shell. When the dead bolt and the inclined bolt retracts to the unlocked state using the key outside the door, the locked sate can be achieved in the mortise lock without using the key or the inner door knob to drive the dead bolt to extend. When the automatic locked state is not needed, it can be switch to the manually locked state by manipulating the inner door knob to turn a small angle. |
