The present invention relates to a dish washer for recycling washing water and rinsing water and, particularly, to a dish washer for recycling rinsing water, which can collect high-temperature washing water and rinsing water sprayed during washing and rinsing operations of the dish washer and can guide the collected washing water and rinsing water to the sink such that the high-temperature washing water and rinsing water wasted during washing and rinsing operations of dishes can be recycled. The dish washer provided with, on the inner side thereof, a rinsing water tank, a washing water tank, and an impeller and having an upper case and a lower case, according to the present invention, comprises: an upper case having a curved portion on the lower end part thereof, wherein the upper case has a cut portion formed by cutting a part of the middle of the curved portion; a lower case having, on the upper end part thereof, a collection box corresponding to the position of the cut portion and allowing the washing water and the rinsing water sprayed to the upper part through the impeller during the washing and rinsing operations to be collected through the curved portion when the washing water and the rinsing water flow down after hitting the surface of a wall of the upper case, wherein the collection box has a discharge hole for discharging the water collected in one side thereof; and a guide pipe for guiding the water collected in the collection box to the sink through the discharge hole.
