In order to automatically connect two carrier tapes, and enable the carrier tapes which have undergone a complete splicing process to be retrieved accurately from inside a device, the present invention is provided with a lifting device (120) which lifts a first and a second carrier tape (T1, T2) that are joined using a splicing tape (30), and which detaches the splicing tape from a protective tape. The lifting device preferably includes a pair of hooks (123, 124) which lift the carrier tapes at both sides of the splicing tape, and inclined receiving sections (123a, 124a), which lift the carrier tapes from one end in the width direction, are formed in the hooks. |
