METHOD FOR PREPARING PROGNOSIS PREDICTION MODEL OF GASTRIC CANCER

The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing a prognosis prediction model which can predict prognosis of gastric cancer. More specifically, a prediction model predicting a clinical result after surgical resection for gastric cancer can be prepared through a gene mutant comparison analysis method. By providing a prognosis prediction model which sets a statistical meaningful value according to revelation frequency of gene mutant by molecular characteristics for the whole gastric cancer patient group, regardless of the TNM clinical stage, and classifies a favorable prognosis group and a gloomy prognosis group in terms of the entire survival rate, a clinical result after surgical resection for gastric cancer can be predicted.
