PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify relevant injection instruction information out of a large number of injection instruction information when a medication-related incident occurs and prepare incident report simply.SOLUTION: A data conversion section 54 of a terminal 5 for doctor/nurse use converts injection instruction information keys included in injection instruction information which are registered with an injection instruction information file 2 into bar codes, and prints a bar code label by using a bar code label printing section 8. An injection instruction acquiring section 20 of a mobile terminal 15 reads the bar code by using a bar code reading section 18 to acquire the injection instruction information key, and acquires the injection instruction information based on the acquired injection instruction information key from the injection instruction information file 2. An incident report preparing section 19 of the mobile terminal 15 receives information regarding a medication-related incident corresponding to the acquired injection instruction information to prepare incident information. An incident information registration section 13 of a hospital information system processor 1 registers the prepared incident information with the incident information file 3. |
