The present invention provides a stator in a rotating electrical machine wherein a space factor is improved by forming a slot housing with a conductor wire arranged like a stack of wood, and the amount of impregnation of a varnish into a coil end can be increased with the cross point of the conductor wire formed at the coil end. The stator in a rotating electrical machine according to the present invention is provided with a concentrated winding coil constituted by a conductor wire wound in multiple turns around teeth through a recessed space formed with the bodies of a first and a second insulator and a first and a second flange. The cross point of the conductor wire is formed at the coil end of the concentrated winding coil located on the first insulator. The conductor wire arranged in multiple rows and in multiple layers constitutes the slot housing for the concentrated winding coil located circumferentially on both sides of the teeth. A varnish is applied to the coil end located on the first insulator.
