The present invention relates to soybean leaves with high-content of isoflavone derivatives and a preparing method thereof and, more specifically, to soybean leaves with high-content of isoflavone derivatives and the preparing method thereof, which can be used in functional foods and pharmaceutical materials to cure diseases from imbalance of estrogen and antioxidant effect deficiency by identifying the isoflavone derivative content significantly increasing in soybean leaves in which ethylene and ethephon of ethylene donors are processed.
