PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a reinforced concrete beam for which quality is easily secured and a manufacturing location is not relatively limited when it is manufactured as a PCaPC beam. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of a PCa beam 1 for which an upper chord part 11 and a lower chord part 12 are connected by first to fourth bundle parts 13 to 16 and first to fourth openings 21 to 24 are formed between the bundle parts, an upper side member 51 for defining at least upper edges 21u to 24u of the first to fourth openings 21 to 24 is precast-molded by reinforced concrete, a lower side member 52 for defining at least lower edges 21l to 24l of the first to fourth openings 21 to 24 is precast-molded by the reinforced concrete, and the upper side member 51 and the lower side member 52 are directly joined. Thus, the PCa beam 1 is turned to a Vierendeel structure, a concrete filling property around the first to fourth openings 21 to 24 is secured, the quality is easily secured, and manufacturing is performed in a normal PC plant.
