PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a graphene sheet is provided to cost effectively mass-produce graphene sheets of large sizes and to improve the productivity of manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A base is prepared, and catalyst metal layers are arranged on both sides of the base(S110). Graphene layers are formed on the catalyst metal layers by supplying vaporized carbon and implementing thermal treatment(S130). The catalyst metal layers with the graphene layers are separated from the base based on physical force(S150). The catalyst metal layers are eliminated from the separated catalyst metal layers(S160). The base includes a separating layer and the catalyst metal layers. The separating layer is the alloy of nickel and chrome. The catalyst metal layers include at least one selected from a group including nickel, cobalt, iron, platinum, gold, aluminum, chrome, copper, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, rhodium, silicon, tantalum, titanium, and tungsten. |
