The present invention relates to a hygienic type CIP rotary steam cooker for steaming agricultural products, and more specifically, to hygienic type CIP rotary steam cooker for steaming agricultural products, comprising: a body part having an outlet formed at one side, wherein agricultural products are fed and discharged through the outlet; a discharge valve which can be coupled to or separated from the outlet and which has a perforated net formed at one side, thereby filtering the agricultural products and discharging only water when the water is discharged from the body part; feeding pipes which have first ends being respectively passed through and coupled to left and right portions of the body part and second ends coupled to external pipes so that steam or water is supplied into the body part or the steam is discharged, and which serve as a rotational shaft of the body part; and supply pipes which are positioned inside the body part and which have first ends attached to or detached from the first ends of the feeding pipes through first clamps and second ends attached to or detached from nozzles through second clamps. According to the hygienic type CIP rotary steam cooker of the present invention, the supply pipes are separated through attachment or detachment of the first clamps and the second clamps, so that the supply pipes can be out of the body part and then washed, thereby being capable of solving hygienic problems, and the shape of the perforated net is minimized, thereby being capable of steaming large quantities of agricultural products. |
