The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus for a pelvis, a waist, and an abdomen, which exercises not only the pelvis but also the waist and the abdomen according to a balancing motion in a simple seating state. Thus, the present invention includes: a rolling exercise part (10) having an upward spherical surface (11) in the lower part thereof; and a seating exercise part (20) fixed to the upper part of the rolling exercise part (10) and including a seating recess part (22) extending together with a back support part (21), and pressing parts (23) disposed at both sides of the seating recess part (22) and standing up such that the upper end parts of the pressing parts are bent inward, wherein a leg spreading protrusion part (24) is disposed in the middle of the seating recess part (22). The pressing parts (23) have a structure to press the pelvis of an exerciser, and the lower part of the rolling exercise part (10) is constituted by the upward spherical surface (11). Accordingly, the rolling exercise part (10) continually rocks, and thus, the exerciser should apply a strain to the abdomen thereof, and simultaneously, continually move the waist thereof in order to sit in a correct balance posture, thereby naturally exercising the waist and the abdomen. |
