The present invention relates to an active smart street lamp. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the active smart street lamp includes: a lower street lamp panel; an upper street lamp panel; a street lamp column; and a battery. The lower street lamp panel includes: a center LED light; a CCTV arranged to be spaced apart from the center LED light; a pair of speakers arranged between the center LED light and the CCTV; and flashlights arranged on both sides of the center LED light. The upper street lamp panel is coupled to the lower street lamp panel and includes a plurality of solar panels and solar heat collection plates, and a GPS receiver. The street lamp column is configured to support the lower street lamp panel and the upper street lamp panel, and includes an anti-pest UV lamp and an insect trap. |
