An opening and shutting device for a fluid storage tank according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame that is formed to be disposed in an inlet portion of a water storage tank and is provided with a plurality of hook grooves; and a cover that is coupled with the frame to cover an upper portion of the frame, a plurality of handle portions being arranged on an outer circumferential surface and a plurality of hook members being arranged inside to be connected to the plurality of handle portions through respective ones of a plurality of wires and be inserted into the respective ones of the plurality of hook grooves during coupling with the frame, in which the hook members perform locking hooked on the frame for a movement of the cover to be limited in a vertical direction of the frame when inserted into the hook grooves and perform unlocking for the movement of the cover to be free in the vertical direction of the frame by being discharged from the hook grooves while being moved by the wires which are respectively connected to the handle portions when all of the handle portions are pulled. |
