The present invention provides a device and a method for anodizing a large amount of or large magnesium with low power. The magnesium anodizing device comprises: a storage in which electrolyte is stored; an installation part in which a magnesium member to be anodized while being impregnated in the electrolyte of the storage is installed; and an impregnation control unit for allowing the magnesium member from being impregnated in the electrolyte from the lower to upper parts of the magnesium member at predetermined sections.
