PURPOSE: Rhizopus oligosporus CS109 and a composition containing the same for preventing plant diseases are provided to prevent plant diseases, to improve plant growth, especially to treat anthrax of Capsicum annuum, and to promote the growth of Capsicum annuum. CONSTITUTION: An agrochemical composition for preventing plant diseases contains Rhizopus oligosporus CS109 (deposit number KCCM 11232P). The plant diseases are turfgrass diseases or anthracnose. A method for preventing the plant disease comprises a step of treating with the strain or a culture medium thereof. A method for promoting plant growth comprises a step of treating with the strain or the culture medium thereof. |
