The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet forming a button joint portion and a composite waterproofing technique using the waterproof sheet. The waterproof sheet is fixed by fixing a second button to a base surface and then allowing a first button which is fixed to the waterproof sheet to be coupled with the second button. Accordingly, the waterproof sheet can be built regardless of external environmental conditions such as humid weather and a state of the base surface (1) such as a humid state. According to the present invention, multiple second buttons (120) are arranged on and fixed to a base surface (1), and first buttons (110) are fixed to positions corresponding to the second buttons (120) on a waterproof sheet (10). The first and second buttons (110, 120) are coupled with each other through insertion fitting so that the waterproof sheet (10) is fixed to the base surface (1).
