The present invention relates to a binary compression heat pump system equipped with an inverter compressor, an operating method for the binary compression heat pump system, and a controlling method for the inverter compressor of the system. More specifically, the binary compression heat pump system is equipped with the inverter compressor which is provided to a first coolant cycle to function as a compressor and controls the rotation speed thereof according to the temperature of external air to secure a certain capacity of heat storage.
