A preliminary dispensing apparatus of a slit coater is provided to lower manufacturing costs by performing preliminary dispensing of a nozzle successively and repetitively and to facilitate maintenance and administration of the apparatus itself. A preliminary dispensing apparatus of a slit coater includes a supporting plate(100) providing contact surface which is movable to a straight line in a state being connected with the discharge edge of the slit nozzle(10); a spray nozzle spraying cleansing solution to the upper surface of the supporting plate; a wiper(300) which wipes off washing solution while moved in a state being connected the upper surface of the supporting plate; and a reservoir(400) installed at the lower part by including a space part storing cleansing solution flowing from the upper side of the supporting plate and is installed at the lower side of the supporting plate. |
