PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid interference of vibrations generated from a plurality of piezoelectric elements, and sufficiently vibrate a touch panel unit so as to provide a user with an operation feeling (click feeling) like pressing buttons and keys.SOLUTION: A display input device includes a display unit, a touch panel unit that is provided on an upper face of the display unit for detecting a position being touched, a recognition unit that recognizes a position touched on the touch panel unit, a plurality of piezoelectric elements that are connected with an area on the touch panel unit not recognized from the outside, and a driving unit that inputs a driving signal to the piezoelectric elements once or a plurality of times to vibrate the piezoelectric elements and touch panel unit. The plurality of piezoelectric elements are provided along a long-side direction of the touch panel unit to face each other in a short-side direction of the touch panel unit, so that a plurality of pair of the piezoelectric elements facing each other in the short-side direction of the touch panel unit form a plurality of piezoelectric element pairs; and the driving unit does not start input of the driving signal simultaneously to all the piezoelectric element pairs. |
