PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material such as a flexible substrate, which has both of flexibility and strong toughness at a high level without losing fundamental properties of a solder resist or the like, such as heat resistance durable to heat generated in a substrate production process such as soldering or from an element, retaining property for high insulating property for a long period of time, and durability to a chemical treatment such as a plating treatment, while the material can be subjected to a photo-patterning process.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable resin composition achieving a high level of conflicting performances above described is obtained by use of the following urethane compound. The urethane compound is obtained from: an epoxy carboxylate compound obtained by allowing an epoxy compound having two epoxy groups in one molecule to react with a compound having both of one or more polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated groups and one carboxyl group in the molecule; a compound having both of two hydroxyl groups and one or more carboxyl groups in one molecule; a specified polyester diol compound; and a diisocyanate compound. |
