PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power storage device which enables the increase in an electrostatic capacitance of a negative electrode.SOLUTION: An electric power storage device comprises: a nonaqueous electrolytic solution containing ions and amine; a negative electrode capable of absorbing and desorbing ions included in the nonaqueous electrolytic solution; and a positive electrode opposed to the negative electrode through the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. As the amine, tertiary amine having an acid dissociation constant pKa of 0.1-13 or the like may be used preferably. As the ions, at least one kind of ions selected from a group consisting of alkali-metal ions, alkali-earth metal ions and onium ions may be used preferably. |
