PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of continuously holding data upon instantaneous reduction or stop of power supply.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises first to sixth transistors. The first and fourth transistors are p-channel type transistors. The second and fifth transistors are n-channel type transistors. A region where channels of the third and sixth transistors are formed has an oxide semiconductor layer. One of sources and drains of the first and fourth transistors is applied with a high voltage. One of sources and drains of the second and fifth transistors is applied with a low voltage. |
