<p>[Problem] An objective of the present invention is to provide a medicine compounding system whereby it is possible, while using a medicine dispensing device, to avoid the trouble and time involved in compounding medicine such as in a task of organizing medicine boxes, as well as errors in compounding. [Solution] A medicine compounding system (10) comprises a plurality of medicine box dispensing devices (30) wherein medicine for dispensing is prepared in advance, said medicine box dispensing devices (30) being capable of dispensing the medicine in accordance with prescription data which is outputted from an upper level control device (20). The medicine compounding system (10) compounds a medicine which is to be prescribed to a patient by gathering the medicines which are dispensed from the medicine box dispensing devices (30). In the medicine compounding system (10), the types of medicines which are stored in each of the medicine box dispensing devices (30, 30) is ascertained by the upper level control device (20), and the medicine box dispensing device (30) with the highest match rate between the medicine to be prescribed and the stored medicine type is assigned priority in selection as the medicine box dispensing device for dispensing the medicine relating to the prescription.</p> |
