(a) receiving a base bitstream representative of a coded video sequence; (b) receiving a plurality of enhancement bitstreams representative of said coded video sequence; (c) receiving a video parameter set containing syntax elements that apply to said base bitstream and said plurality of enhancement bitstreams, wherein said video parameter set contains a syntax element signaling a video parameter set extension; (d) receiving said video parameter set extension containing syntax elements that includes decoded picture buffer related parameters for a decoded picture buffer for at least one of said enhancement bitstreams. |
