PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet excellent in oligomer sealability.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive sheet manufactured by laminating an adhesive agent layer, a polyester film and a resin layer in the order, the resin layer is a cured coating layer manufactured by curing a composition for forming the resin layer containing (A) 50 mass% to 80 mass% of a bisphenol A-type epoxy compound, (B) 5 mass% to 30 mass% of a polyester compound and (C) 10 mass% to 40 mass% of a polyfunctional amino compound, and a &Dgr;HAZE (haze) value which is an absolute value of difference between an initial HAZE value of the adhesive sheet and a post-heating HAZE (haze) value after heating the adhesive sheet at 150°C for 2 hours is 0.15% or less. |
