Provided in the present invention is an aerobic microbe reactor for waste material treatment where an aerobic microbe reaction is performed, as a device for forming active sludge by making received sludge react with a microbe strain, comprising: a reaction chamber; at least one screw agitator which is installed vertically for ground in the reaction chamber, and has a rotation axis and a plurality of screws rotated by being connected to the rotation axis; and a heating fluid pipe which is installed in the reaction chamber to surround neighboring screw agitators, wherein heated fluid moves inside.
