The present invention relates to a loan follow-up management system for automatic calculation of recovery sales rate. In operating a loan follow-up management system for calculating an estimated recovery price using a sales rate as for security, the system of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving the sales rate for the security from an external server; classifying the security according to items by referring to previously stored information of the security, for the security; matching the security classified according to the items and the sales rate for the security automatically; and calculating the estimated recovery price for each security using the matched sales rate. |
