The present invention relates to an agent for increasing fruit sugar content and color including phosphoric acid and calcium with a certain ratio and also contains sucralose as an active ingredient. Each ratio of phosphoric acid and calcium is 5-10% and 4-6% (w/w) in the agent of the present invention, wherein there is no sediment, in spite of mixing phosphoric acid and calcium, and no fruit softening without hormone, but the agent contains sucralose which is a high sweetener 600 times higher than sugar. So, the agent of the present invention can be used in increasing fruit sugar content and color at affordable price with high efficiency.
