Disclosed are an insulating sheet of a heterogeneous laminated structure including a graphene sheet and a hexagonal boron nitride sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The insulating sheet of the heterogeneous laminated structure can be applied to various electric devices including a transistor because it includes the hexagonal boron nitride sheet with a high surface feature on the graphene sheet with a large area. An electron mobility feature can be dramatically improved when an electric field effect transistor is formed with a graphene channel layer using the insulating sheet as a substrate.
