The system (1) has a dowel (3) that is set by a tool (5), where the dowel has a dowel plate (3A) and a dowel shaft (3B) which is expandable by a pin-shaped expansion element (3C). The dowel plate is placed on an outer side (2B) of an insulating panel (2). The expansion element outwardly protrudes with a part over the dowel plate in the dowel shaft. The tool has a recess (5C) with a lateral opening (5D) for lateral receiving of the projecting part of the expansion element. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a tool with a holding part; and (2) a method for fastening insulating panels with dowel to a building. |
