Disclosed are a method for controlling a device in a smart terminal and the smart terminal using the same. The smart terminal according to the present invention includes: a policy receiving unit which receives a device control policy from a device management server; a policy verifying unit which determines the validity of the device control policy; and a device control unit which controls the device in the smart terminal according to the device control policy if the device control policy is valid. |
