The present invention relates to a sorting system and process for recycling filling materials. The sorting system for recycling filling materials according to the present invention comprises a first sorting device for sorting at least two materials on the basis of particle size; a second sorting device for sorting at least two materials having a particle size falling into a predetermined range after the first sorting on the basis of specific gravity by using the centrifugal force; and a third sorting device for sorting the two materials having a particle size falling into a predetermined range after second sorting on the basis of specific gravity by using vibration. Accordingly, at least two materials can be respectively separated to have a purity of 99% or more.
