METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MGO PELLET

摘要

A MgO sintered body is manufactured by sintering MgO powder by initially setting a process condition with a temperature of 500-1000°C and a pressure of 1-10 GPa. And then, the MgO powder having a size of 1-500 nm is sintered under the process condition for 3-10 minutes. Therefore, the process is performed under a process condition of relatively low temperature in a short time while obtaining high sintered density.
