The present invention provides a urethane resin composition featured to contain urethane resin (A) gained by reacting polyisocyanate (a2) and polyol (a1) containing at least one polyol selected from the group consisting of polyol (a1-1) represented by formula (1), aromatic polyester polyol (a1-2), and polyetherpolyol (a1-3) where alkylene oxide is added to bisphenol. The urethane resin composition can be used as a primer because it has excellent film forming properties and also has excellent adhesive properties on various base materials, a top coated layer, etc. In addition, a film formed by using the urethane resin composition can be used for an optical film or the like because of having a high refractive index of an admissible level for optical use. |
