The present invention is to provide a display device and an electronic apparatus equipped with a touch detection function detecting a location of an adjacent object as a touch detection electrode. The display device equipped with a touch detection function comprises a variable focusing layer of which a refractive index is changed according to a certain signal authorized between a first electrode and a second electrode; and a touch detection part detecting a location of an adjacent object by having either of the first electrode and the second electrode a touch detection electrode.
