1. A method for producing a positive electrode for a lithium secondary battery, comprising:
preparing a base mainly composed of a conductive metal; forming a diamond-like carbon film not thicker than 10 nm and not thinner than 0.8 on the surface of the prepared base; hydrophilizing a surface of the diamond-like carbon film by introducing hydrophilic functional groups to the surface of the formed diamond-like carbon film in an atmosphere including a nitrogen source gas to obtain a hydrophilic surface; preparing an aqueous composition for forming a positive electrode mix layer, wherein the aqueous composition contains a lithium transition metal compound oxide to function as a positive electrode active material and an aqueous dispersion medium; and applying the aqueous composition onto the hydrophilic surface of the diamond-like carbon film and drying the aqueous composition at 70 to 200° C. to remove the aqueous dispersion medium in the aqueous composition for forming the positive electrode mix layer, wherein the removal of the aqueous dispersion medium from the aqueous composition results in the formation of the positive electrode mix layer. |
