The present invention relates to a closed type back pressure molding device for forming a compressor scroll and, more specifically, to a closed type back pressure molding device for forming a compressor scroll capable of reducing a height deviation of a spiral wrap at the time of forging process and also reducing damage to a mold and risk of buckling of a back pressure pin. According to the present invention, the closed type back pressure molding device comprises: a cylindrical mold body which has an open upper part and a closed lower part and includes a upwardly protruding spiral core on the inner bottom thereof, a cavity formed between parts of the spiral core to form an object to be formed into a spiral wrap of a scroll, and a plurality of back pressure pin holes connecting the outer lower bottom with the cavity; a pressuring punch pressuring the placed object to be formed from the upper side of the mold body; and back pressure pins which are inserted into the back pressure holes formed on the bottom of the mold body and apply the vertical back pressure to a portion of the spiral wrap of the object to be formed in the cavity of the mold body.
